We finally have many Students all over the country protesting.
The latest to follow suit is Hyderabad…..

Some one really responsible should come up with this…
form a party which will not fight for votes but would run the government in logical manner. Ask the old politicians to sit and take retirement. Pass a bill, that no one should be allowed to become a politician unless he or she is a graduate with no criminal records / bad history. Also there should be retirement age for politicians which should be kept 60 0r 55.
Let the youth aged between 21-45 run the country.

i think it is high time to decide ,what our so called esteemed politicians wants to do.do they want our country to prosper or rather divide it on basis of caste politics.after 50 yrs of independence still we are continuing with reservation,it is the fault of the whole system & finally the meritious student from the so called Upper caste have to suffer.iam totally in resonance with the medical fratenity for raising the quota issue to the national level. They deserve all the praise and support of the nation. All of India has suffered due to reservations for past decades post independence . While merit has languished mediocrity has flourished. In the 21st century when India is marching towards self sufficiency and a knowledge based economy, reservation baed on caste will kill the merit . If the politicians really think for their country , then iwish to ask them i question, how many politicains get themselves treated in Government hospitals & how many politicians children go 2 govenment schools.we must progress ahead by giving financial support from economically weaker section rather than blindly giving reservation based on Caste.the primary education structure should be first improved coz most of the dropouts occurs at that stage , unless & untill the primary & secondary education system must be improved first.more over the reservation must be based on economic condition rather the caste based.

In my view if these politicians think that the reservation is so necessary , then why not start with home. Make reservations in the parliament. Wonder where will the leaders like Arjun singh go ??

intially this is held
only for 10 years but after 58 years of indipendence this is going too.it must be stopped.we all must be against it because it lead to student life to a hell.i say again all of us have same mind,then wy their is a difrence and where is equality.

i strongly oppose the reservation policy introduced by the government.if for the past 50 years it has not given any result then why is the government hell bent on introducing such schemes.this clearly shows the flip side of our political system–do anything to increase vote bank even at the cost of the future generation.i’m very happy to see the peaceful agitation of the students all over the country.i urge every one to join this protest coz this concerns our owm country and more importantly our own people.

I strongly oppose reservation as it is dangerously beginning to divide the nation based on caste.It is economic condition which should determine one’s social status and not caste.India being a global market player not only in software but in every industry of comepetence will be deeply affected by this move based on vote bank politics.
Instead of providing RESERVATION provide good primary education, scholarships to all those economically backward students who truly deserves irrespective of caste. Reservation make a student complacent & not competitive. To produce quality human resource, say NO to reservation!

I don’t know when the politics of reservations will end? What will happen to our future generations?
All the gains made so far have been negated by some politicians for there petty goals.
I tell you one thing:
Arjun Singh has sex 3 tiomes in a week.
Why?
Because for the rest of the days his wife is reserved for SC/ST & OBC guys.
Come on India & its politicians. America has been built on its principles that every person is treated equally no matter what cast, creed or sex he/she has. We ought to come out of this idiocrisy that reservation will benefit the people. It will only ruin our country & obviously the people. This cheap stunt of politicians to build vote banks is not good.
i think the anti reservation students should request whole india to have strike on a particular day against reservations. Al those who are against reservations should not work on that prtcular day.

I support PM on increasing seats. Only, it must be done (a) in a phased program as per viability. (b) Secondly, the creamy layer among SC/ST/OBC must be identified and excluded from eligibility for reserved quota.
Education is our strength. There is wide potential in education system due to globalization. Many jobs are coming up globally for Indian engineers, technocrats and professionals including doctors. We have to increase education institutes progressively and invite corporate style public investments in educational institutes, which will provide education on payment of prescribed fees. Such institutes must be free to determine fees, as the market conditions will automatically limit the number of students and viability.
Our students are going to UK, USA, Newzeland, Australia, Russia and so on. They can afford higher fees if good education is available in India. Not only that. We will have students from the very countries where our students are going because of paucity of domestic seats. Education, IT, medical tourism, jewelers and handicrafts are future growth areas for India.
Shortage of teachers can be overcome by increasing retirement age to 65. Air India pilots too now work up to 65 years for overcoming shortage. Students learn more in small coaching classes rather than in sprawling school and college campuses (if you call that an infra structure). I do not think that educational standards will get diluted vastly. Yes, transient set back will be there. But that will be just a breather in marathon race.
I feel that students must think clearly and try to settle for best solution rather than confrontation. Even armies do tactical withdrawals. This will not be an end of the road. Negotiation table is more important than stubborn demand – which are unlikely to be met at least till present constitution remains effective. You can fight governments but not the constitution by strikes.
Constitution will change in due course. However best course for present is talk and not confrontation. Unfortunately caste is not only a vote bank but still is a social system as can be seen in matrimonial columns in any news paper/portal or magazines. Cast will go, but not overnight. Doctors must resume duty and form a steering committee for negotiations. They should not hold innocent patients to ransom. If they behave irresponsibly to patients who may die for lack of treatment, what is wrong if some of them get lathi blows?.
Medical education is among highly subsidized by govt. One would expect doctors to behave in decent dignified manner befitting elite members of society. From what we see, they too are behaving in unruly fashion not becoming of true professionals. Merely wearing white coat does not make them honorable. While I do not justify lathi charge on medicos, but bringing city traffic to a stand still or neglecting patients is not dignified behavior. There have been clashes between pro and anti reservists in Patna and students used lathi among themselves as seen on TV. Such irresponsible behavior must stop.
Two honorable members of knowledge commission resigned. For what?. The law of the land is decided as per constitution. If 3/4 majorities of MPs decide, the constitution can be amended. Not by protests and hunger strike. Even PM and president are powerless. they can not change the constitution by themselves.
Why attack Arjun singh?. Attack MPs nationwide and let 2/3 rd of them remove reservation from constitution. That is not easy. Two NKC members should withdraw their resignations and work for betterment of India as a whole. If in doubt, get ruling from Supreme Court about legality but do not force issue on streets. Doctors should follow the Hippocratic oath of ethics and serve human kind. That is our primary sacred duty towards mankind.
There was a time when India was world-renowned learning center. We can become one soon again if we shed conservatism. let us bring back the glory of the past. Let us be soldiers of progress and not get deterred by temp set backs.

We must remove the Reservation for the cast and Tribe or for any one in the Indian society. We are doing Injustice to the Children of India who are born under Open category and are average.
They are asking the Government what is their fault that they are being denied the admission in either Education and in the Job , just because He or she is born under open category , just because his or her father is not of particular cast or trib,or not a so called minority group in the state. I fail to understand how can a person be under minority if he is from different state belonging to different religion or talking different language in one India .In Maharashtra there are Minority colleges for each language speaking community other than Marathi’s , and Maharastrians are denied admissions there. What Message Govt is giving by doing this injustice to our Children and having suffered from this why a child should be loyal to the country if country is going to do injustice to them?
Whatever is going on in the name of Reservation is a Big political Fraud and has to stop, or otherwise days are not far that country will be divided and will be sold out to the foreigner who can may be rule batter than our own country man and the Government who taught them to fight Injustice and be a good civilian but back stabbing them in the name of Reservation.
I can not see my child being penalized and the other child with lower marks getting admission in front of him even when financially he may be better off and under the umbrella of cast getting admission in the education system or the job reservations. What message we are giving them by cheating them this way ? The person born under varieties of tribes and casts mentioned under reservation category , why the child from their get admission in the so called democratic country when He has to stand against open category child .
For supporting this fraud, how many tribes and casts are wrongly created and supported by the government so that their vote banks do not suffer .This power hungry politicians are one day going to sell out the country to foreigners.
Every Indian should wake up and unit their voice against this cast base admissions in the country, if he or she wants country to survive for a longer time .I am unable to seethe agony in the eyes of the child who is suffered and cried seating in one corner of the House because of the nonsense of the Government on reservation
What we should do is to make education free of cost till 12th Standard for any student and then let anyone appear in the competitive exams for coming forward for any particular degree
If there is God, he may listen to the prayers of all those who has suffered badly because of this reservation system and give strength to them to fight against Injustice to them .
